Rules and regulations:

1. Eligibility:

• Referral program: any client who refers a prospect that becomes a client during the term of the contest
• Customer appreciation: current client who assigns any account during any calendar year.

2. Drawings:

• Monthly: one drawing for a Starbucks gift card current clients (assigned within calendar year)
• Quarterly: one medium prize drawing for clients who refer a new client (within the 3 month time frame). one medium prize drawing for current clients (assigned within the current year at the time of the drawing)
• Yearly (includes that quarter) one drawing for each program. Referral program: (clients who refers a new client during current calendar year) one grand prize, 2 medium prizes, 5 small prizes. Customer appreciation: (current client who assigned within current calendar year) one grand prize, 2 medium prizes, 5 small prizes

3. Timing:

• Monthly drawing begins the first of each month and closes the last day of the month
• Quarterly drawings begins on: January 1^st concludes March 31^st, April 1st concludes on June 30^th, July 1^st concludes September 30^st , October 1^st concludes December  31^st,
• Yearly drawing begins January 1^st concludes December 31^st

4. Notification:

• Drawings will be held the first week following each contest’s conclusion
• Winners will be notified within 5 business days of the drawing
• Winners (with their approval) will be announced on the agency’s website, in the quarterly newsletter and in our social media

5. Receiving prize:

• Awards will be sent within one week of the announcement of winner(s).If award winner would like to pick up their gift, it should be done within 30 days of notification

6. Restrictions:

• Multiple entries are allowed per drawing, but only one prize per client per drawing
• No cash alternatives
• Clients not living in California that win a prize that is specific to California only, may be able to exchange the value of the prize for a visa gift card (of equal value)
• Acclaim Credit Technologies has the right to amend these rules at any time
• Acclaim Credit Technologies has the right to cancel this these programs at any time
• Acclaim Credit Technologies’ employees are not eligible
• Award are determined by the agency and will be announced at the start of each drawing. , Annual awards will be announced at the beginning of the calendar year.
